• Participants must be teaching or non-teaching faculties of the institution.
• All cooking must be done without the use of fire or any other heat source.
• Participants must use the ingredients and cooking equipment provided by the organizers (you can bring supplementary ingredients).
• Each participant or team will be assigned a specific cooking station and must keep it clean and tidy.
• The competition will be judged based on creativity, taste, and presentation.
• Participants must follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
