Cyber Triathlon is an exciting event that challenges participants' knowledge, skills, and ability to handle stress in the field of cybersecurity. The event is divided into three levels, each with its own unique challenge. In Room 1, participants will take a Cyber-Based Security Quiz consisting of 50 questions that test their understanding of cybersecurity concepts, practices, and technologies. The quiz is designed to be challenging and comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics, from network security to cryptography. In Room 2, participants will need to use their problem-solving skills to find the entrance to the Level 2 competition, which is a surprise challenge. The clues to find the entrance will be based on the answers to the questions in the Cyber-Based Security Quiz, and participants will need to use their analytical skills to decode the clues to move on to the next level. In Room 3, the final level of the Cyber Triathlon, participants will face a Stress Interview. The winners will be based on both their time and the number of points they accumulate during the interview. The Stress Interview is designed to simulate a high-pressure situation where participants must use their knowledge, communication skills, and ability to remain calm under stress to succeed. The Cyber Triathlon is an event that tests participants' knowledge, skills, and ability to handle stress in the field of cybersecurity. It is an excellent opportunity for students, professionals, and anyone interested in the cybersecurity field to showcase their skills and compete against others. Participants can expect to gain valuable experience, learn new techniques, and make new connections with like-minded individuals.
• Eligibility: The event is open to all participants who are interested in the cybersecurity field, regardless of their background or experience level.
• Registration: Participants must register for the event in advance, and registration is subject to availability.
• Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including cheating, will result in disqualification.
• Room 1: Participants will have a fixed amount of time to complete the Cyber-Based Security Quiz in Room 1. The number of correct answers will determine the number of points awarded.
• Room 2: Participants will have to solve the clues given in the quiz to find the entrance to Room 2. Participants are not allowed to use any external resources or devices during the competition.
• Room 3: Participants who successfully enter Room 3 will face a Stress Interview, which will be timed. The participants' scores will be based on both their time and the number of points they accumulate during the interview.
• Scoring: The participant with the highest number of points at the end of the event will be declared as the winner. In case of a tie, the participant with the lowest total time will be declared as the winner.
• Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three participants, and all participants will receive a certificate of participation.
• Changes to Rules: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the rules, format, or schedule of the event at any time, without prior notice.
• Acceptance: By participating in the Cyber Triathlon, participants agree to abide by the rules and accept the decisions of the organizers as final.
